Shipping & Order Fulfillment

All products ship from Riverside, California.

Orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours after processing. Some orders may take longer.

You will receive an email with order status and tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates

FedEx Ground rates apply to continental U.S. only

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional fees. A representative will contact you with shipping costs.

International and overseas shipping is available and will be quoted separately.
Backordered Items
If an item is backordered, a DOORestore representative will contact you with an estimated availability date.
Payment
Your card is authorized at the time of purchase but not charged until items ship.
Returns & Exchanges
Before opening your order:

Inspect all packaging for signs of damage.

If the parcel is damaged, have the carrier document it at delivery.

Check the item(s) for visual defects or incorrect products.

If you ordered multiples, open only one to confirm satisfaction.
If You Need to Return an Item:

Contact us and fill out a Return Authorization Request within 5 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging.

A 20% service charge may apply to returns initiated within the first 5 days.

After 5 days, a 20%–30% restocking fee may be applied.

Opened, used, or marked items will be rejected for return.

Returns without prior authorization may result in delays or denial.

Customer is responsible for return shipping on orders placed in error.
Return Exemptions

All returns are inspected upon arrival.

Items used, opened, or improperly packaged may incur up to a 50% restocking fee or may be denied.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
