Before Opening Your Items

Upon receiving your shipment, please follow these steps before opening any packages:

  • Inspect the shipping box for any signs of damage. If damage is present, have the parcel carrier document it at the time of delivery.

  • Check the item(s) for visible damage or defects in the original packaging.

  • Confirm the contents are what you expected before opening any product.

  • If you ordered multiples of one item, open only one to confirm you are satisfied before opening the rest.

  • Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you notice any issues.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please:

  1. Email photos of the product and packaging to info@DOORestore.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

  2. Ship the item(s) back within 30 days in new, unused condition and in original packaging.

  3. Wait for email confirmation from DOORestore before shipping the return — returns sent without confirmation may experience delays.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • A 20% service charge may apply for returns requested within the first 5 days.

  • After 5 days, a 20%–30% restocking fee will be applied.

  • If the order was part of a Free Shipping promotion, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from the refund.

  • If items are used, opened, or altered, we reserve the right to reject the return.

  • Markings or damage to the product packaging made by the customer may result in a rejected return.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong item ordered).


Inspection and Exemptions

  • All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

  • If an item appears used or tampered with, up to a 50% restocking fee may be applied or the return may be refused.

  • Returns must be in original packaging to be eligible for refund.
